As a media company, we can easily facilitate recordings of each individual session to livestream or distribute afterwards.
Our scalable network infrastructure allows us to distribute live or prerecorded video feeds, schedules and visual announcements throughout a venue. We integrate with your / your venue's audio partners, or bring our own audio team.
Our service area consists of all of Belgium (including Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven and other major cities). For larger projects, we also service neighbouring countries.

We make sure that the right slides are ready at the right time in the right room. We give you the ability to centrally manage all slides across multiple plenary and breakout-rooms. Last-minute changes to the program? Everything will be synced to our slide laptops instantly.
An online presentation should not feel like a Zoom call. We have full control over placement of webcam and slides. This means we can enlarge the speaker or the slides when appropriate, or show them on different screens. We ensure smooth, bidirectional communication with offline speakers and audience.
Often, congresses have a tight speaker schedule with many speakers per session, and many sessions per day. To make sure speakers stay within their alloted time, a timer is displayed to the speaker. The event coordinator can make changes to the timer to influence the schedule of the conference.
Record each session of your conference and distribute the content afterwards. A one camera static setup showing both speaker and slides is possible, as well as a multi camera production for your plenary sessions.
We can enable tracking of individual participants to allow for accreditation. See who followed which session for what time. We can add intermediary pop-ups too to measure attention of participants, and give you an overview with answers tied to attendee names or email adresses.
Next to media control, slide distribution and video; we can provide audio support and additional AV equipment too.
